    I was a tad apprehensive about getting laser eye surgery, but the entire process with the eye institute was absolutely amazing. I went through Dr Jay Meyer and he (and his team) were supportive from the get go. All things were explained in detail and I was put at ease after the first visit. The after care was spot on and now I don't need glasses! Would highly recommend this team for those wanting to get laser eye surgery, but also for any eye related needs. They genuinely care and will take care of you throughout.

    I had my first eye surgery in September and I couldn’t be more grateful of Dr. Meyer and his team who took such amazing care of me. I was so nervous (as anyone would be with their eye) about the procedure and they really listened and were so understanding and accommodating to my needs. Erin who was Dr Meyers Optometrist was so kind and empathetic, she took the time to give me a number of phone calls to answer all of my questions and concerns and even gave me a call post-op to check in on how I was doing, which was very much appreciated. The medical secretaries were also incredibly lovely and so quick to respond with any questions I had to pass onto Dr Meyer and any changes in my appointments, etc. Overall, I feel very looked after thanks to the team at Eye Institute.

    29Mar22 1855 Dr Will Cunningham divides his time between Eye Institute offices and rooms here, Remuera and Manukau. Here, the treatment is first class .. just like at the other locations. Extremely hospitable reception staff and helpful, gentle, clinicians. Top class facility and people.
