   Not a good experience with their Devonport dentist Shu Jin Ee. Sedation is unavailable. The dentist and assistant kept chatting about their hair and genetics while I'm in the chair, even pulling one of their hairs out in front of me. Worst of all the dentist stated ' I'll wake him up with more vibration.' Having already expressed my dislike of vibration this statement constitutes a threatening and warped attitude to a patient already under stress. I hold the lowest opinion possible.

   Fantastic service and treatment from the hygenists. They listened carefully to my concerns (including certain phobias and fears associated with some procedures) and took these into account. I felt like I was treated with compassion and not like some aging fool. Full information and explanations in every step and what was to come next. Great service, excellent results.    I look forward to going to the dentist! The dentists are very skilled and right up to date with equipment and methods. Madison and Belinda take time to explain the work involved and are very likeable. Tam's hygienist, Jurka, is an outstanding practitioner also using leading edge technology and methods. And very likeable and entertaining as she works. Excellent practice and excellent results.
