   We are delighted with how quick and easy the experience was with NZHL Northcote under ate Joan and Kuya Rex. We never thought we were qualified to purchase a home in Auckland but since hearing words of wisdom from them last January of this year, we got inspired and started saving. Came December, our current rental owner gave us 63 days to vacate the place for renovation purposes. We were stressed as it was hard to look for a rental property at this time of the year and so we contacted ate Joan and we were given hope. Over a short period of time, they managed to secure our financial approval. They worked tirelessly and kept us informed of what was happening every step of the way. They were fast, efficient, proactive that we hardly had to do a thing! What we like best about dealing with them is that they were never pushy and made sure we make an informed decision. We felt safe and well-supported all throughout the buying process. They were always ready to go the extra mile and helped us avoid unnecessary expenses! We would not hesitate to recommend NZHL Northcote under ate Joan and Kuya Rex to anyone looking to get a mortgage.    I was indeed touched by the cordial reception and moved with the great hospitality. I am indebted to Mr & Mrs Rex Yap firstly for their invitation to be part of the guest and learn from the presentations by experts and very professional people. I had gained a lot of knowledge and got an opportunity to make new friends. I have found Rex a down to earth person and he would go out of his ways to help make his customers more than satisfied. He is honest, very reliable and professional in all his dealings.
