“We stay at the poenamo hotel often. We live in Brisbane and come home often. We stay here because the rooms are comfortable and roomy. The bathroom is good and kitchenette perfect for vogels toast and tomato in the morning. The price is reasonable and location perfect. Easy access to the motorway. Good food close by. “Our room was really nice and cozy, came with nice amenities like a stovetop, heat pump, microwave, toaster, kettle. Room was really clean, the bathroom was small but nice and the bedroom was cozy. We had a problem with the stovetop, we couldn't seem to get it to work properly but this could've just been our own error instead of the stovetop being broken. Maybe check to see if you can get the stovetop working if you're planning on cooking while you stay, we resorted to the microwave which worked well. Reception staff was really friendly, we would stay here again. Also right across the street from the grocery store which makes things way easier.”
