   Booked on behalf of a friend the “Pinemoors Apartment” for a week only to find out after paying in advance on line that I had booked a “Tiny House’...not very honest as the advert (and photo) stated it had an ‘oven’ and a ‘washing machine’. The Tiny House didnt even have a microwave (owner tried to say there was one behind the door on a very narrow bookshelf) We had already looked there. It has only a two burner cook top and is miles from any takeaways if your’e on a budget. Cold by the time you get back and make sure you have ‘google maps’ to find it again. . Nothing to heat them up after having to go to Kumeu. Misrepresentation. Although she refunded some $ (saying she didnt have to) some it cost my ex over $200 for one night in a shoe box. As he on painkillers for a back injury and is sweet natured. She said he agreed it was fair it when she explained what she would refund !! He isnt one to argue about money, but he should have had a full refund seeing it wasnt what was booked. Not recommended. Buyer beware.
