“Someone rear ended me on a Wednesday, called my insurance company immediately. They referred my claim to Repair Hub which then called me the same day and booked me for an assessment the following Tuesday. Visited Repair Hub on said day and was assessed by Cameron. I was told they ordered the replacement panel and need the car for three days. I was given a 2019 Corolla courtesy car (nice unit). That was Tuesday, by the following day, I received a call that my car is ready the next day Thursday (the replaced panel was ceramic coated too as my car was coated from new) .
