    Andrew is amazing, honest, and reliable, went to replace my brake pads, and was told I didn't need to lol...but he also gave me recommendations to replace my rotors at some stage, thank you Andrew. On the 7th October 25 I went back to this business to replace my rotors because my car was shuddering when I braked. I am so pleased with the service from Anthony and Andrew, also the price was so affordable, top guys, always honest and forward with their quotes and I will be using their services always as I need my vehicle to be safe and compliant to service my clients for driving lessons. I recommend them 100%. Thank you so much.

    I’m very disappointed with my experience here. I was originally quoted $804, but when I went to pay the invoice it was almost $100 more with no explanation or notice given beforehand. On top of that, I was told my car would be ready in a day, yet it took 4 full days. There was no communication throughout the process – I had to call them myself on the day I was expecting it back, an hour before closing, just to be told it wouldn’t be ready. Poor transparency, poor communication, and an overall unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this company.

    I have taken much thought before posting this delayed review. I'm not the person who places feedback ever. I just want to first start off by saying thank you for everything. * Excellent customer services, workmanship & accommodating my requirements. The manager in charge was very professional he told me when he could take time to look at my vehicle and he even organised a rental car so the kids and I could have a vehicle over the long easter break. The standard of work was excellent with great care for detail, which u really see these days. But most importantly was the cost charged was more then fair. I am so impressed with my overall experience, the way they operate their business, professional staff, clean and tidy, care for detail to the the final invoice at the end was more then fair. I only can give positive feedback, as excellent services 10 out of 10. Big Thank you ...

    They fixed the problem which I appreciate it BUT the state in which my car was returned back to me was BEYOND POOR! That black rag was left on my front passenger seat, the paper they use to protect the car floor was still left in the car and the car smelled like a mechanic shop. This to me is a reflection of the (lack of) pride and respect they have for their customer base. From the time I was told my car was ready to be picked up til the time that I actually picked it up was 2 business days, so you can't tell me that that isn't enough time to at least clean up the mess you made?!?! Otherwise why would you tell me it's ready to be picked up?Added to the fact that I had to call for updates and ETA's, and then I was NOT fully informed of the extra costs on top of the original quoted costs. I get that things happen when mechanics pull pieces apart and find out the job isn't as straight forward as first thought. But a courtesy call would have been MUCH appreciated! The only reason I did not kick up a fuss upon retrieval of my car is because this shop was recommended to me by my mechanic - who I've been working with for years. I will be going to my mechanic and informing him of my negative experience to ensure that his other loyal customers don't waste their time or money here. PS I'm giving one star only because I can't post this review without clicking on a star....

    Ripped off. Went for wof and told me to change many things unnecessary. Noise was coming from car, Itold him to check and guy said need to change all engine coils and gave me estimate of $1500. Went to another place charged me $30 and everything is ok now. Stay away from them.

    Fast and friendly service. Fuss free! The mechanic knows what he's doing. I needed a new tyre and 2 light bulbs for my WOF, and he got it and fixed everything the next day. He didn't over charge any of the items either. Highly recommended!
