They took my booking, then told me to leave because they were too busy. When I came back the next day, I was made to wait over 30 minutes. Then they told me my car was definitely going to fail the WOF and pressured me to make a quick decision because they were busy. Extremely rude and unprofessional absolutely no sense of customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Highly trusted team. I don't think they have Mercedes computer to diagnose a problem but the the owner is a awesome person with a very good knowledge. Highly recommend.
Wouldn't recommend, after telling me to bring my car in the following day i make arrangements for a family member to drop off my car only to be told on the day "sorry to busy" both myselfand family had taken time off work only to get mucked around, yeah ill take my car somewhere esle from now on

Friendly, honest staff and quality service. Robert (owner) is up front with any unexpected costs with a phone call before proceeding with any additional work. Robert has been servicing my cars for close to 8 or so years now. Never ever had a problem.

Owner/Robert & his team do great work & provide excellent service. Robert goes out of his way to try to help you find a solution especially if your in a jam & will always let you know the cost/work involved before doing any "extra/unexpected" work. Prices are decent too.
