I got my horn fixed here, it lasted less than 5 months. I was also charged three amounts of $25 delivery for the part, as he ordered the wrong part the first time and made me pay for this.
Perfect job! Greeted with a warm welcome, I took my car in recently for some fixes and a service. Friendly and welcoming staff, great prices and great service done by Desmond. Definitely coming back here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!
An appallingly abysmal experience. My rule regarding Google reviews has always been to focus on great experiences and forget about the not-so-great experiences. However, my experience of this establishment was so dire, it forced me to rethink my rule. The sheer inconvenience this establishment caused me, is still difficult to fathom, the irony being that despite the higher than average vehicle servicing costs, it was convenient to my work location, which was the very basis for choosing it. I will forever rue the day I made such a stupid decision. Apart from being ripped off and being sold a second-hand tyre that had previously sustained damage to it's wall, which was incorrectly repaired but should never have been repaired and or resold, I also spent numerous revisits on issues like a wheel alignment which resulted in the steering wheel being offset to one side when driving in a straight line. In all, I spent hours of my life trying to rectify things that should never have occurred in the first instance. I often sought updates without any response and despite numerous pleas to fully reimburse me for selling me a dodgy tyre (I will be reporting this to the MTA) and the initial attempt to repair it, a full refund was never forthcoming - with the partial refund going to the wrong bank account in the first instance. This doesn't in any way factor the serious inconvenience this debacle cost me. I think that worst of all, despite the plethora of opportunities I afforded this man to make good on some extremely poor (and unethical) conduct on his part, he never even bothered to apologise for the nightmare he inflicted upon me - had he bothered to do so, I would have simply stuck to my rule, more fool me. I have never met anyone less interested in the notion of customer service in my life. May you reap what you sow. 2-WEEK UPDATE FOLLOWING INTIAL REVIEW: Unsurprisingly, instead of apologising for your unethical behaviour and appalling customer service, you've instead chosen to double down on your reply by attempting to call into question, my character, suggesting that a day-after payment for "Services" rendered was in some way unethical. Note that I always provided you with a response, the same cannot be said for you. By way of jogging your memory, I've included photos of our correspondence. Again, I didn't think to include these photos the first time around because I thought you might still have an inkling of remorse and recognise the fault in your actions (serves me right for affording you the benefit of the doubt). I'm done with you and so should anybody else thinking of approaching your establishment.
REGO - HPZ865 Mate you’re lucky I don’t come down to your store. You hustled my partner to buy so many extra things off you that I know she did not need but she just wanted to get a wof and get it over and done with. You charged her for cleaning her lights and this (photo attached) is your pathetic workmanship. I’ll be adding a 1 star to you business every 3 days until you refund her &/or fix it. Generally very nice mechanic, who even opened the workshop for us on Saturdays to check our camper. That was very nice. However, he then wanted to sell us a few too many repairs that were not yet necessary (for example, new brake pads and new windshield wipers). We are generally happy as everything went very quickly. Nevertheless, we still feel cheated.
Very good mechanic. I was highly impressed I want bring cars to any one but Desmond he's fast he's reliable he's very knowledgeable and most important you can trust him that's so important when it comes to cars
Called last minute and needed brakes done same day. They were great! Highly recommend!
Good for wof. Can drop car in the morning and pickup around lunch. Have to book in advanced as they get busy.
They are super helpful and efficient. My tyre replacement was done with short notice on the same day.
I've had two WoFs with them. At the time, my car also had an issue with a clunk of mysterious origins. Instead of taking me and my money for a ride like many would, the technician made it clear that the issue was not worth worrying about as it would not affecting safety or reliability. Straight to the point, no-nonsense, trustworthy service.
