Felt like Ken was doing me a favor rather than a service organizing my car's repair. I was silly enough to go back and tell him what was actually wrong as his first repair didn't fix it and he couldn't figure it out. Ken arranged a specialist mechanic for the 2nd successful repair. Ken then double charged me and took a while to arrange the refund. Reminds me of the archetypal American second hand car dealer.
