“My son has been attending Little Royals Montessori Preschool since they opened. He absolutely loves his time there. As a mom, I am always concerned about who I leave my son with, and I can't recommend the amazing staff enough. They provide genuine care, healthy food, diapers, and everything my son needs on a daily basis. The weekly activities are well-planned, and the communication with the staff is excellent.”

“After viewing a number of daycares in the area I visited Kindercare Papatoetoe and instantly knew it was the one we had been searching for. Since then, I've sent both of my children to this centre & they always look forward to going because they have so much fun! The activities are engaging and age-appropriate, and they're always learning new things. We love the way they encourage creativity and exploration. The staff are INCREDIBLE and absolutely adore the kids, and I know that they are well cared for. Communication is excellent and I love reading the regular stories and seeing the photo updates. “After debating what type of bed would be safest for our toddler daughter, we found the Montessori house bed. We were thrilled to find a local Montessori craftsman. After some struggles with getting the bed put together right, they came out and fixed what we had done to make sure it was sturdy and safe. We love the bed, the fun frame, and the safety that the floor bed provides.”

“I can’t speak highly enough of Shining Stars . It has been an absolute blessing for our whānau. The ECC teachers go above and beyond for our tamariki, showing incredible patience, compassion, and dedication to teaching them so much more than I ever expected. They nurture not just learning but also confidence, curiosity, and kindness. I love how they celebrate every child’s uniqueness and encourage them every step of the way. The themed days like Wheels Day are always a hit with the kids, and it’s clear the teachers put a lot of thought and care into creating fun, educational experiences. From hatching chickens to learning how make use of eggs , gardening, baking, cooking ,the hands-on learning is just beautiful to witness. My little ones are always coming home with new knowledge and stories to share. It gives me peace of mind knowing they’re in such a safe, caring, and inspiring environment. I currently have both my youngest enrolled, and I honestly feel so lucky to have found Shining Stars when I did. Each morning drop-off comes with a little sadness, knowing we’re one day closer to saying goodbye when they move on to primary school. A special thank you to Mandy and Liz who always provide thoughtful updates and feedback about what the kids are learning and how we can keep it going at home. “A well run well resourced small centre. The teachers are caring and attentive, the whole family feels welcome when we do drop offs and pick ups. A lot of opportunities for messy and creative play. Regular updates and photos. Children spend a lot of time outdoors. Unfortunately, winter bugs are very common among under twos but that’s the case in all centres, especially post-covid.”

“Such an incredible early childhood centre, my 2 year old son started here in May and he just LOVES it. All of the teachers are so caring and you can tell they all really love what they do. Great food, great cost, great care & the only centre I have ever come across that don't charge you for public holidays! So happy we found Early Adventures! Highly recommend :)”

“From the first moment we walked into Albany Community Preschools' gates, we have felt welcomed and 'taken care of'. The teachers are all so lovely and warm. They have taken the time to get to know our son and he is excited to go to Preschool each day. He has even asked to go to school on the weekend and when I pick him up he wants to stay a little longer. Cannot recommend this preschool more!”

“This was the best Day Care in Auckland. The team were loving and caring towards all the kids. I was very disappointed when they had to shut down due to water damage from the floods. They were a great asset to the area and to the kids. Hope all the team and families have found new daycares as good as this place was.”
