“Impressive complex. The Surf Club should be allowed to serve meals if they so wish. The local cafe doesn't operate after 5pm & shouldn't have the monopoly on this busy beach area. There are enough customers to share.”

“Wesley Community Centre and RYZ youth center cafe has delicious barista coffee. A safe and communal environment for cafe consumers. RYZ youth Café grand opening was excellent and colourful.”

“Barbara Jenner's review above has confused two venues. She is criticising the large Torbay Community Hall which is owned by the TCA - Torbay Community Association. Torbay Theatre, an amateur theatre group, owns the small Gate Theatre which is attached to the Hall. I hope this clarifies things?”

“My daughter loves MERC, we have been using them for about the last 6/7 years. The activities offered are always varied and exciting, my daughter comes home with lots to talk about and excited to go back. The staff are so friendly and helpful. This has to be the best holiday program we've used over the years. I cant rave about MERC enough! Best valve for money as well!”

“Our child has been attending Kindercare Warkworth since they were 6 months old, they're just under 2 now and we can't speak more highly of our and their experience thus far. The Kaiako are friendly and loving, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and they do so many interactive activities throughout the day, no matter the weather. It's also so nice to not have to worry about packing food as meals and snacks are all covered. We've watched our child go from strength to strength with their movement, confidence, speech and everything else. On the very rare occasion that there have been issues, they've been resolved promptly and professionally and we've been involved every step of the way. We feel confident that our child is in a safe and nurturing environment and absolutely recommend Kindercare Warkworth to anyone looking for a fantastic daycare.”

Kay has also been very responsible, always replying to my emails on time and in detail, which I greatly appreciate as a parent. After just three weeks, my daughter told me she likes Howard, and she has also made many new friends in the class. This gave us so much relief as parents, knowing she is both happy and supported. The staff’s patience, communication, and encouragement have really helped her feel comfortable. We also enjoy the daily updates and pictures, which keep us connected to her day.
