“After viewing a number of daycares in the area I visited Kindercare Papatoetoe and instantly knew it was the one we had been searching for. Since then, I've sent both of my children to this centre & they always look forward to going because they have so much fun! The activities are engaging and age-appropriate, and they're always learning new things. We love the way they encourage creativity and exploration. The staff are INCREDIBLE and absolutely adore the kids, and I know that they are well cared for. Communication is excellent and I love reading the regular stories and seeing the photo updates. “Wow, what a fantastic team with with so much heart and caring mindset. My daughter used to weep every time I left her at other daycares, was frightened of everything from baloons to fireworks , had troubles with eating and using the restroom independently before she started attending this daycare. She overcame her worries with the support of the whole team at Dazzling Stars. In addition, my kid has never been the most adventurous eater, but the cook there always made sure she got tasty meals.The experience with Dazzling Stars was so transformative to the point that she started crying when it was time to go. I can't say I blame her; every time I went there, I was having so much fun that I didn't want to leave. Every day, we were greeted with so much happiness and laughter, both of us had a blast. Dazzling Stars crew is more like a family to us than just a daycare. “I couldn’t speak more highly of A Child’s Place. We enrolled our one-year-old son after a tough experience at a previous centre, so I was naturally cautious. But Megan and the incredible infant room team went above and beyond to ensure he felt safe, settled, and genuinely cared for. One thing that really stood out to us was the primary caregiving model — having a consistent teacher who took the lead in building a strong bond with our son made a huge difference, especially as he wasn’t very familiar or comfortable with others in the beginning. He now looks forward to daycare each day — his face lights up at the mention of his teachers’ names, he runs off happily at drop-off, and I’m always greeted with the biggest smile at pick-up. The teachers are constantly engaged with the kids — whether they’re on the floor reading, outside exploring, or sitting alongside them at mealtimes, you can tell the care is genuine. The centre itself is always spotless and well-organised, and the team are incredibly responsive to any needs or changes we’ve raised. We were especially grateful for the support and advice they offered when we were navigating some sleep struggles. The care and attention to detail in sharing updates, milestones (big and small), and daily happenings make it feel like so much more than just childcare — it’s a true community and family.
