“Best ECE /Kindergarten in New Zealand. Anchorage Park Kindergarten is the heart and soul of the community. The highly qualified teachers not only provide an amazing space and experience and love for my little ones, but genuinely care about our family as a whole. They catered to the special needs of my children, willing to adapt and try new things to help my children thrive. When new to the area they connected us with other families that have grown into lasting friendships for my children and us as parents. When my spouse went through a mental crisis I felt love and support for our family from them. They connected us to resources and support I couldn't have found on my own. They inquire about my older children, and remember their names despite years gone past since they were at kindy. They supported me in getting back into work. This wonderful team at Anchorage Park Kindergarten cultivates the space for my children to grow, and fosters a loving community so that I, as a parent, grow too.”

“I run a sport and movement programme for the children at New Shoots Hillcrest and have loved working with the centre, their staff and children. The staff always do the utmost to ensure the children's needs are met and they are well cared for and I can see the strong relationships and nurturing bonds built between staff and child to allow them to thrive and grow in the environment. The facilities are great and enable the children to express themselves both indoors and outdoors and build friendships with the children in their respective rooms.”

Educators are very kind and caring, regular updates with photos and daily updates on children's activity book have built my confidence in this centre and trust pretty quickly. My son asks me every day to take him there, he has so much fun! He surprises me with new social skills every time and has made lovely bunch of little friends that make a party every time they see him come. When I drop him off he doesn't even want to waive good bye and when I pick him he wants to stay around!”

“I just wanted to come on here and give my feedback on Kidz Connect otahu as my son attends this day care. I want to start off by saying that I was so hesitant to send my son school so I stayed home with him for 2 years knowing that he was a shy reserved boy and thought he would be more comfortable at home with me (mum). It took me a lot of courage to finally enroll him and was abit scared how he would be since this was his first ever time being away from me hahaha. I do not regret one bit enrolling him into kidz connect, it took him a while to warm up to everyone but thank you to moa toddlers teachers for helping him prep for Huia pre school. For making him come out of his shell and finding his own voice, everyone there have made myself and my boy feel so welcomed and comfortable to the point he is happy to come to school everyday and that is a big change from my boy. Even from the amazing receptionist Val who always greets everyone who walks through the doors and making my boy feel comfortable before walking into class is what every parent want/needs. “Really happy with this place! Loads of parking and it's not right by the main road, so dropping off and picking up isn't a hassle with fewer cars around. They don't cram in too many kids, so each child gets plenty of attention from the teachers. The staff are great with the little ones. Plus, there's a huge space for the kids to play and learn, with both indoor and outdoor gardens. My child come a long way here – from shy to super confident by the time she hit primary school. Couldn't be happier! It's not too expensive compared to others with meals included. A BIG THANK YOU PLC!!!”

“My daughter has been with NewShoots Whenuapai for the last three years and she’s absolutely loved it. The teachers are all so friendly and provide so much love and care. My daughter has really enjoyed the delicious variety of food and we love how healthy it is. The kaiako take great care of my boy, and I love the high quality learning stories, the provocations, the beautiful large outdoor environment, the quality resources and healthy home cooked food. My son is absolutely thriving in such a sensitive period of his development and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. He tells me about the bikes he rides, the sandpit, he sings songs and enjoys the extras that nobody else offers such as Tiny Yoga and Tiny Pet Day. I also love the special events they put on for Mothers Day/ Fathers Day, Xmas, Matariki and more. I feel like they go above and beyond! Highly recommend Tiny Voices; nowhere else compares! We are very happy :-)”

“As a new mother I was told not to trust the big franchises as they do not have a quality of care. After having my child attend 2 different big branded daycares I almost believed them. That’s until I started my son here. Millennium Ellerslie has shown the upmost support and care for my child. He has severe eczema and allergies to wheat and egg and they’ve accommodated his needs and wellbeing without excluding him or singling him out. They’re honest go above and beyond. They’re honest, respectful and caring and my husband and I rave about how pleased we are with this centre. The teachers and staff are amazing and my son always feels welcome and happy when we arrive and leave. Thank you all for your patience and professionalism.”

“I would like to thank the wonderful team at The Learning Corner for teaching, guiding, mentoring and taking care of our daughter from February to April 2025, when she transitioned to Primary School age. My daughter was enthusiastic about going to the Learning Corner and had lots to speak about when she would come home every day - about her friends and particularly all her teachers. She loved all the activites, fun programmes and games at this insitituion. Most importantly she felt loved and felt safe at the Learning Corner. “Riverhead Montissori is and has been an amazing daycare for my three children. Reminiscent of a kindy, with a well loved environment and wholesome teaches, while still maintaining the child/teacher ratio and morning routine of a traditional Montissori daycare. The centre is well run and flexible, Rachel in admissions is seemingly always available and accomodating. Due to its community values and small country setting I feel that my children have very personalised care. For our family in particular we appreciate that there is always a very calm and happy atmosphere at drop off, I feel that this encourages my children to start a piece of work and allow me to leave without them getting overwhelmed or sad. My children also enjoy the mix of ages within the classrooms, being able to learn from those older than them and care/teach those who are younger. We cannot recommend Riverhead Montissori enough.”

“We are very happy with Lollipops. Our son has been going here for a little over a year now and he just loves it. The staff are friendly and have always tried their utmost to accommodate our requests. The teachers are just amazing too! They are gentle, kind, and patient - to nurture my son's curiosity for science and nature, they have even set up special experiments. The classrooms are well-equipped with a wide variety of toys and activities for the children. The learning themes for each month are communicated clearly, and we get regular updates about what our son and his classmates are getting up to and learning about each week. It is so reassuring to know that he is having lots of fun while learning, and that he is being cared for and fed so well.”
