“As a first time Mummy, you want to make sure your child is safe, cared for and loved. That's what Nurture + Bloom provided for us! My son started at 5months, they have transition visits which helped me and my son immensely. The Aunties (teachers) are amazing, genuine, loving, kind and caring. They really made our transition a smooth one. My son is now 15months and thriving! Thank you Aunties for the amazing work you do and for always going above and beyond for not just my boy but for me too! You can really feel God's grace and peace in this Centre. I highly recommend.”

“I just wanted to come on here and give my feedback on Kidz Connect otahu as my son attends this day care. I want to start off by saying that I was so hesitant to send my son school so I stayed home with him for 2 years knowing that he was a shy reserved boy and thought he would be more comfortable at home with me (mum). It took me a lot of courage to finally enroll him and was abit scared how he would be since this was his first ever time being away from me hahaha. I do not regret one bit enrolling him into kidz connect, it took him a while to warm up to everyone but thank you to moa toddlers teachers for helping him prep for Huia pre school. For making him come out of his shell and finding his own voice, everyone there have made myself and my boy feel so welcomed and comfortable to the point he is happy to come to school everyday and that is a big change from my boy. Even from the amazing receptionist Val who always greets everyone who walks through the doors and making my boy feel comfortable before walking into class is what every parent want/needs. “Really happy with this place! Loads of parking and it's not right by the main road, so dropping off and picking up isn't a hassle with fewer cars around. They don't cram in too many kids, so each child gets plenty of attention from the teachers. The staff are great with the little ones. Plus, there's a huge space for the kids to play and learn, with both indoor and outdoor gardens. My child come a long way here – from shy to super confident by the time she hit primary school. Couldn't be happier! It's not too expensive compared to others with meals included. A BIG THANK YOU PLC!!!”

After visiting several childcare centers in the Mt Albert/Owairaka area, this one stood out as the best in terms of its Amazing teachers, excellent management, and spacious, well-designed facilities. The teachers are consistently engaging, caring, and full of positive energy. Anita and Judy, the owners and managers of Red Kite, are outstanding—they create a welcoming and nurturing environment where children thrive. The team has supported my son through every stage of his development, from lifting his head to crawling, walking, running, talking and now even dancing! “We chose private hire of party kingdom, not only was it clean, safe and it was a cool temperature during a hot day, they went above and beyond setting up two parties rooms and Eve the owner setup an extra party room as a disco room which was a hit, I found the price extremely cheap and lucky for what we were provided, the service was amazing and run by a local family. If you want real effort and real service this is the place to go as I will be telling everyone. We plan parties for children everyday this is our life I decided I couldn’t do it this year as it’s our job and it was the least stressful birthday I have ever had, We were very fortunate and my kids can’t wait to do this again. Eve and Adam have created such a wonderful place for families I couldn’t recommend it more. Edit: Reading the bad reviews below on what people are complaining about really hits home, this is a family run business not a corporation, businesses cost money, us family run businesses can’t afford multiple staff, I feel like some people nothing still ever be good enough, people need a reality check. Eve juggled so many people at our party and everyone was actually over the moon. Don’t spend $9 and complain about it what is wrong with you people.”

“I would like to thank the wonderful team at The Learning Corner for teaching, guiding, mentoring and taking care of our daughter from February to April 2025, when she transitioned to Primary School age. My daughter was enthusiastic about going to the Learning Corner and had lots to speak about when she would come home every day - about her friends and particularly all her teachers. She loved all the activites, fun programmes and games at this insitituion. Most importantly she felt loved and felt safe at the Learning Corner. “As a new mother I was told not to trust the big franchises as they do not have a quality of care. After having my child attend 2 different big branded daycares I almost believed them. That’s until I started my son here. Millennium Ellerslie has shown the upmost support and care for my child. He has severe eczema and allergies to wheat and egg and they’ve accommodated his needs and wellbeing without excluding him or singling him out. They’re honest go above and beyond. They’re honest, respectful and caring and my husband and I rave about how pleased we are with this centre. The teachers and staff are amazing and my son always feels welcome and happy when we arrive and leave. Thank you all for your patience and professionalism.”

“Had my daughter’s 3rd Birthday here and it was honestly so incredible. Ryan and his team communicated everything so well, from the party room, to the decorations to what kind of food we wanted. The actual playground is clean and tidy and the viewing space for adults is big! You don’t feel crowded at all. We have gone to other indoor playgrounds before and the space is so cramped and uncomfortable! They have such a huge range of party decorations and themes and add on options for the parties it really is a one stop shop!! Will definitely be recommending this to all my Mummy friends and will be back to celebrate more of my kids birthdays! Thank you Ryan and Team!”

“We are very happy with Lollipops. Our son has been going here for a little over a year now and he just loves it. The staff are friendly and have always tried their utmost to accommodate our requests. The teachers are just amazing too! They are gentle, kind, and patient - to nurture my son's curiosity for science and nature, they have even set up special experiments. The classrooms are well-equipped with a wide variety of toys and activities for the children. The learning themes for each month are communicated clearly, and we get regular updates about what our son and his classmates are getting up to and learning about each week. It is so reassuring to know that he is having lots of fun while learning, and that he is being cared for and fed so well.”

“We have bought two floor beds from KitSmart. Very good quality and reasonable price. Honestly, floor beds work much better than the crib if you want to get some sleep in their younger ages when they just need you around. Our toddler barely slept in the crib and we didn’t bother to try to use it for our 2nd.”

“BestStart Mt Eden consistently delight me with the kind, nurturing and enriching environment Ludi and her team create for the children in their care across both Pipi and Paua. Both my children have attended both Pipi (under 2's) and Paua (Over 2's) and my little one is still at Paua. The team work really hard to create a safe and fun environment that inspires curiosity and offers plenty of stimulus for creative young minds. Can't speak more highly of Ludi and her team - they're straight up awesome.”

“This is a nice community center where I used to enroll my kids to learn Arabic every Sunday. The play area next to the center is amazing as well. There is a bus stop by the entrance of the center which makes it very easy for people to commute to the center.”

“My son Connor attended the centre for 3 years and loved his time. He loved all his teachers esp Amanda, Carol, Amy D, Shant, Shikha and Tonya. The care, attention, professionalism and love he received was amazing. He loved mat times and show and tell. His preparedness for school was outstanding and although he didn’t want to leave his friends and teachers he was ready to attend school with his letter writing, numeracy and problem solving skills.
