A fantastic thought out centre with ample outdoor space and heaps of daily creativity through sensory/messy play, which i love getting updates on throughout my working day! Made my transition back to work as easy as it could be. Fab management as well as healthy food and snacks.”

“Best day care! All the staff are lovely. The atmosphere is welcoming. I've had 2 kids enrolled here. One has gone to school now and my second leaves in December. I literally just picked up enrollment forms to enroll my 1year old here. If you're looking for a daycare I highly recommend this one. It's hard to find a daycare where you feel safe to leave your kids. I've had my older 2 enrolled at 3 daycares before I found this one. My kids have become more confident within themselves, they enjoy/ed going to daycare and my one currently still going just adores her teachers. So yes highly recommend :)”

“First and foremost the educators at Magic Kingdom in Blockhouse Bay are the most wonderful, genuinely caring nurturers. My little ‘pandemic baby’ had a total of three play dates before starting daycare at 11 months old and they made they transition for him (and me!) a positive and stress free experience. The core values and beliefs of Magic Kingdom align to my own as a parent, and knowing that my child is receiving a quality education based on those principles is important. “The first thing I want to say is how lucky I was to make the right decision. My son is three years old, and before that I visited a lot of places and did a lot of research. I knew a little bit about the environment before I came here and courses are great. I didn't expect too much for the teachers to be so friendly and responsible. For me, the feelings and experiences of children are more important than anything else. Because my son has not attended any day care before, his native language is not English, and his grandmother often takes care of him went back home for a period of time, which makes me worried about whether he will adapt to the new environment. All teachers, the front desk staff and the centre manager all understood my concerns and cooperated with each other to help my son to adapt faster and better. After two weeks transiting,my son is happy to stay and not crying after we drop him off. I am really grateful to the teachers there and this is the most responsible place I have encountered. They will understand the parents' thoughts and concerns, and work together, everything is for the sake of the child. Hope my son will have a wonderful journey in kakapo creek.”
