   My child recently transferred from another center and is still new to Active Explorers, but my husband and I have already noticed such a big difference. He is happier, more excited, and far more interactive than before. He often mentions the names of his teachers—something we never experienced at the previous center—which shows us how comfortable and connected he feels. We can truly sense that the teachers and staff genuinely care for the children. In just one month, we feel confident that Active Explorers is the right place for our child. We’re hopeful he will continue to grow, improve, and interact even more as time goes on. Thank you to all the staff and teachers, especially Abi and Farzana, for your dedication and warmth.

   As a proud grandparent, I couldn't be happier with the care my grandaughter receives at this centre. She started when she was 7 months old, and now, nearly 9 months, she's thriving - happy, secure, smiling, exploring, and growing with so much curiosity. It gives our family such peace of mind knowing she's in a place where she's genuinely cared for and encouraged to grow. A heartfelt thank you to Cherie, E, Abi, Priti, Farzana, Maria, and Aaliyah for everything you do - your kindness and dedication shines through every day.    We have had both our children attend Active Explorers St Lukes over the past 6 years now. This place has practically become a second home for the whole family. The staff is very caring and the ratio of teachers across the rooms has always been very satisfying. The center Manager is also amazing, very knowledgeable and eager to help both her staff and us parents. The food is provided everyday, and is fresh, there is always fruit and vegs provided. We could not be happier to keep our kids in this amazing center and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, caring and well maintained environment for their little ones.

   I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! My daughter absolutely loves her time here. The environment is warm and welcoming, and the teachers are truly amazing. Shirley, Maureen, Miley, Liz, Shin, Harsha, and Abi go above and beyond to create a nurturing atmosphere that makes learning fun. They are friendly, caring, and genuinely invested in each child's growth and happiness. It’s such a relief to know my daughter is in such good hands. Highly recommend this place for any parent looking for a supportive and joyful learning experience for their children! ❤️

   Big Thanks to Shirley Taiaroa (Manager) -she is an awesome ,helpful, co-operative and polite person and all teachers (Especially Catherine- who is been super helpful, knowledgeable, well experienced to make sure my daughter gets adjusted gradually and also help us explain everything in detailed about why kids reacts such ways and comfort us settling down too),Lovely team of experienced teachers (Sajee and Jane )who are equally contributing help kids get settled down at their own pace .They provide food which is just yummy and my daughter loved it on day 1-Thanks to Jammie for her hard work and efforts put in to cook those varieties of food daily for kids. I would highly recommend this daycare. Team is very humble, kind, polite, respectful and co-operative. Recently started sending my daughter here and everyone supported us and her for a smooth transition. Being new parents we were very much stressed about how she would cope up and all which is obvious worries of all parents during the initial days of day care and I would say Team here is so supportive and reliable which would help parents as well to come out that stress and worries. Good thing about them is that they allow you to wait inside the daycare lounge and not just drop your baby crying and go home worrying. They help you see your baby is settled and love this process .In fact they provided a separate room to do my office work ,attend my meetings while they were helping to look after my daughter. I haven't seen such amazing and supporting team ever. I am so blessed for having associated with them. I would give more than 5 stars to them and big kudos to St lukes branch team. Well done and keep up the good work!

   We have been promised that during level 3.2 we will be charged on casual basis and then when the billing came in and I was charged and when I asked the centre manager they said it’s because my little one was on notice period , I believe that the communication should be made if things changed . I would recommend parents to get everything in writing or on an email while you are dealing with this centre.

   Active Explorers St Lukes is home away from home for my two children. They have the best caring teachers, learning much needed life skills every day like independence, sense of belonging, sense of humour:) I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a childcare to feel at home.
