From day one, everything I’ve ordered has been smooth and hassle-free. When a PLM Superlow Seat Rail Kit arrived with a bent bracket, they sorted it out right away. Later on, I had an issue with 2 front brake rotors (after holding onto them for a while during a full brake rebuild and upgrade + master cyl upgrade). I asked to return them, and they accepted and refunded me—no drama at all Since then, I’ve spent a lot with them across 2024 and 2025, and they’ve consistently been professional and transparent. One part was air-freighted, and when I asked for an update, they told me exactly where it was in the process. Their communication is excellent—via email, their website, and even over the phone. If you're unsure about something, their technical knowledge and support are top-tier. Theyre clearly passionate about cars, and it shows not just in their service but also in the welcoming and friendly events they host for the community. They’re a reputable company I fully trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in NZ that needs parts.”

“Thank you so much to Daniel for his help! The radiator from our 20 year old car cracked and leaked coolant everyday, so we decided to replace the radiator. Daniel provided us with the NIS0367 radiator that we were after, and helped check that it matched our old radiator that we brought along with us. The new radiator fits EXACTLY like the original, hoses, fans, etc. Now our cooling system is in tip top shape and leak free. We can now drive with a peace of mind and are very happy with the result and quality! Wouldn't have been possible without Daniel and Fenix Radiators.”

“My vehicle was booked into Kingsway Motors Manukau prior Christmas, to have some work done on it. The work they did was to check underneath the vehicle to see if there was any rust, if so then it was to be sorted. The cleaned the rust off, treated it and then painted the area to ensure long lasting support to that area. The car was then viewed by AA who advised the left side fog light was faulty. When Sunny pulled out the light he found it did not have the original lights in there and they had put in lights from after market. That became a problem for him, because this item was hard to find. After weeks of searching we were able to these replacements and had them fitted. I am so happy because I had to then return the wrong part I bought from Andrew Sims Botany and am now waiting for the return of my refund of $194.00. What did I learn from this, was that Sunny never gave up on me. Thank you Kingsway Motors.”

“Absolutely blown away by the service and quality of packaging, shipping, communication and product. Have just finished building the 40160 rig, with integrated tri monitor mount and shifter adapters. Everything arrived really well packaged, zero blemishes. Instructions were clear and I was able to assemble the rig without any issues. The quality of the parts are extremely good and the rig is extremely solid. Contrary to my initial doubts, the integrated monitor mount is really solid, and the monitors barely vibrate even when using a large sequential shifter. Overall I'm stoked with the experience, definitely my first place to look for simulator parts now”
