    Well I waited to be served I asked to use the toilet for a #1 and well one of the employees was showing me where it was another employee an elderly dark brown skinned man said under his breath (but loud enough so I would hear it) "if you asked me I would of made you go outside". This was only my second time going to this location for my company and I haven't had any prior interactions with this "man" so I was perplexed with his attitude and rude comment. Very unprofessional interaction that left a bad taste in my mouth and almost made me react in kind.

    Ordered studs and was told to come and collect and asked if it was the correct studs. I traveled 80km round trip to collect but the parts were wrong. I then ordered nuts for the wrong studs and was promised a delivery the following day( Saturday) I called on Monday but was told it would be delivered later the same day. Tuesday I called and asked them to ask for the nuts to be returned to depo, I will once again go and fetch the nuts. I send my builder but on arrival was told they cannot give me more nuts. This was after I arranged to collect. Now on Wednesday Morning, the rudest Female I have ever spoken to in my life refuses to listen to me blaming the late delivery because I gave my home address
