Poor fitment and poor customer service. Will go out of my way to not recommend Fenix products. Expectation for a $600 kit to come remotely close to fitting, not willing to provide a couple of hose clamps or joiner to remedy situation

Thank you so much to Daniel for his help! The radiator from our 20 year old car cracked and leaked coolant everyday, so we decided to replace the radiator. Daniel provided us with the NIS0367 radiator that we were after, and helped check that it matched our old radiator that we brought along with us. The new radiator fits EXACTLY like the original, hoses, fans, etc. Now our cooling system is in tip top shape and leak free. We can now drive with a peace of mind and are very happy with the result and quality! Wouldn't have been possible without Daniel and Fenix Radiators.

After buying Rad from Fenix, I was extremely disappointed with its quality. Right after installation, I noticed a coolant leak around the filler neck. Despite following the company's advice to fix it, the issue persisted. A few days later, I experienced a dangerous coolant leak under the car and rising oil temperature, leading to the car being towed. After providing evidence coolant leaking from the rad. Fenix tested the radiator and claimed it was not faulty but refused to provide documentation or a refund. I ended up replacing it with a different brand radiator and had no further issues. Response to Fenix reply: This review is based on my personal experience. I have not stated at all for people to avoid purchasing through your company. Everyone gets it wrong at times but It's only fair to share my experience. The reason the radiator was sent back due to two major flaws with coolant leaking around the bottom of the filler neck and coolant dumping out of the radiator itself which causes my vehicle to overheat. The radiator was sent back for testing due to these concerns and in the meanwhile, I had a new stock radiator put in the car as it's my daily driver. I need it for work. The results came back from in-house test stating the radiator passed with zero complications. With the concerns listed above, I simple asked for documentation proving it's safe to be put back in the car. I was told "we don't have to provide any evidence" but can state what you do in the test. You claim the product isn't at fault and listed a bunch of other solutions that could be the cause. For example: hose clamps, old hoses and etc. I have since replaced everything and attempted to run this radiator again after getting it sent back but yet, the same issues are back. I have been running the stock radiator again and had zero complications. That's my experience. You can make your own opinion. I will not be making any more comments as this just goes around in circles.

Received fantastic customer service multiple times. Lost the drain plug for my rad. Ash sent me a couple to try straight away with no dramas. One of them fit perfectly. A couple of years back when I first got my radiator and dual fan shroud. One of the fans didn't work when I received it. One email and the guys sorted a replacement for me. Radiator and shroud work mint on my +t straight 6 setup.
