Had absolutely nothing but great service from The team here. Paul was outstanding with helping me organise a bike rack for my roof. It also showed he had a great relationship with the reps as the time frame between order and the item arriving was incredibly fast. My bike is an XL Santa Cruz with 29im wheels so options were scarce even though online the rack companies made out it was easy one fits all type of thing. I'm very thankful for the expertise, care of installation, and kindness of the team. James and Sam were very helpful with the whole process and worked hard to install everything as best as possible. I'm very impressed with the new building and all the supply they have of kayaks, roof racks, camping racks, and accessories. We had purchased two roof racks in the past for kayaks from the branch in Albany. I was delighted to see they have a store in Whangaparaoa now and highly recommend them. The team installed roof racks on our van for carrying an arborist ladder. While we waited during the installation, my three year old daughter had such a great time with the friendly staff that she ended up inviting all of them to go camping with us. Thank you very much
