   Today we were heading out of town our battery was flat and we could not open the car with mechanical key. Phil from Napier Bayswater came to our home within 5 minutes of me calling. He opened the car for us and jump started it then changed the battery and all done within 20 minutes of my call. Thanks Phil your the best! Have a great Christmas.    Brought a car from them & they offered great delivery deal as I live about 3 hours away. So brought the car without viewing & only going off photos they sent. Was told by 2 of their dealers it was in amazing condition just a couple of stone chips that had been brushed touched & a small scrap on the front bumper. Photos I was sent didn’t show the actual condition of the car & they ignored to tell me of the poor quality repair it had to rear guard that has rust coming through from where not enough paint was applied to cover the panel & the multiple dent in the drivers door jam where it looks like the seat belt buckle has been slammed in it. When I emailed about the rust twice I have been ignored. So highly recommended viewing cars in person & not going off what they say or photos they send

   Hoping this company representing Hyundai brand would do the right thing selling a car to a near 80 year old. But unfortunately did the opposite. The used car in its year of purchase is needing a new set of tires and brakes. Not living in the same city as my elderly father i contacted this company to put right. However I received the opposite response and said even though the car had done so small mileage 3000km they refused to be reasonable and fight back. Please read this before you deal with company for any purchases. Never has the saying been so true.... BUYER BEWARE!!

   Do not buy a Hyundai!!! We had the handbrake and a major part replaced just out of its warranty, fully seviced vehicle and Hyundai offer nothing. At 106,000 kms our engine blew up, apparently thats not unusual. Better to spend the money on a cheaper brand.
