    I regret choosing this workshop. I kept being told that this next repair would finally sort out the issues with my car, but after multiple rounds of work the car still wasn’t running properly. Each time I picked it up, I was reassured it was sorted, only to find out that the problem hadn’t been fixed after all. What really put me off was the lack of clear communication the explanation of what was wrong seemed to change each visit, and I never felt like there was a confident, accurate diagnosis.I ended up spending more and more without any real resolution. I left feeling frustrated, misled, and out of pocket. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t trust them with my car again.
