I thought the cost of our significant service was very reasonable. Courtesy car was practically new and immaculately presented as was my car when I collected it. I was helped by the most amazing lady Ange who was so understanding and went out her way to assist me. I was very stressed and worried about an engine light that had come on. I am a rural customer- living 1 & a half hours away. I had a very busy child with me and once they had ascertained what was wrong with my car they were able to order the part and repair it super efficiently. I cannot recommend this dealership enough and will be returning for any repair needed and to purchase my next vehicle.

We were delighted with the Kia Sportage EX 2.4 we purchased on 18th February. I have recently purchased a new Kia Stinger GT from The Car Company in Hastings and have been blown away by the excellent service. For Blair (Sales Manager), Eimear (sales Cadet) and Billy (Service Manager) nothing seemed to be too much trouble and they have gone beyond the expected to make my experience a memorable one. I was even given a similar car to drive when I took the car back for the first free service. The team at The Car Company is a real testament to KIA’s commitment to deliver great customer service.
I purchased a Sportage from this company a year ago and have only good things to say about them. James who sold me the vehicle was great as was Mark who took the time to introduce himself and let me know they appreciated the business. I took the vehicle back today for the twelve month service and was most impressed with the young lady who is their receptionist. I was a bit grumpy when I arrived (for reasons unrelated to this review) but she took that in her stride and her smile never wavered nor did her willingness to assist. What a great ambassador she is for this company. To top it off, the car runs well too and has since the day I purchased it.
