Did a service on my car and failed to screw sump in properly so 2 weeks down the line it dropped all oil onto the road. Service cost just shy off $600 for engine and transmission. Unfortunately it was the week off the cyclone so they refused to tow it and said it was my problem. So it was left on the side off the road until I could get a tow. Which then led to someone breaking into my car, smashing all windows, took most off the wheel nuts but not the wheels. Was told by Jarrod, that it wasn’t their problem. Eventually after my car was ruined, I took it upon myself to fix the oil situation. When I did I realised that my sump was on the drip tray/engine bottom cover. Which they still tried to say it wasn’t them. So I had to drive it there with no windows and glass everywhere. It wasn’t until then that they claimed responsibility, saying that they had just fired the person who did my service because he wasn’t very good. All that was done is that they checked oil and changed it even tho I’d just had to service it again myself. Therefore I was left with a car with no windows and definitely not safe to drive. I really had to fork out for that service and all it did was leave me with a broken car. It was a 2011 Honda crz with low mileage. Absolutely gutted as it was the first car I started doing everything myself. This happened a while ago and never thought I’d leave a review however I am still absolutely gutted about that car and will never be trusting the Honda garage ever again. Cheers Alex
Notman's Napier (the Honda specialists) are great to deal with. Excellent front-of-house and car-service staff. Their communication skills are exemplary because they'll always check with you regarding the potential costs of any maintenance or repair work. Great reminders about service booking etc. I gave them a 9/10 overall.

Don't waste your time going there. Very uncooperative no customer service offered until they were reprimanded by Honda's head office in Auckland. Begrudgingly cooperative after that.
Having purchased 2 LDV vans, arrived for 1st service to be met by a pleasant receptionist who was up to date with all our requirements and went out of her way to organise a loan vehicle. Cannot fault the service received.
Not friendly and quite unsupportive of customers needing basic help if they didn't sell the car even though brand they represent, SsangYong,they just can not be bothered. Do not buy from this company if you expect service support
