   The bathroom and toilet were not clean, please check the fans above the shower.!!! It was FULL of hair and dust! Our room filled with cigarette smoke when owners smoked at base of stairwell...definitely would not recommend or stay again...we DID NOT cook any food in our unit after consulting with the operator first...the review reply they have given is nothing short of lies and I have been telling everyone how rude they were for smoking outside our window..it was NOT a guest who smoked, it WAS THE OWNER!! The place was unclean and I have photos to prove it

   Due to my partner being in critical care in hospital i had to change the length of my stay several times. This was no problem at all. Lee and Zoe always checked in to see how my partner was and also did my laundry which went above and beyond but helped so much during a stressful time. In close proximity to hospital and other amenities was also a real benefit. The room was quiet but had really comfortable bedding and a full oven for cooking. Given we were using the National Travel Assistance Scheme, the owners only charged us the difference in the cost of the unit and applied directly to the scheme which alleviated another pressure given we spent a month. Lee and Zoe are just such a lovely couple with a motel to suit your needs that is quiet comfortable safe and at a great price

   We had 3 nights at the motel. The service was excellent, with Lee going the extra mile to help us out. The motel is ideally located for the city, and university. It is clean comfortable and quiet. Thank you Lee for an enjoyable rest

   I had a stay for 5 weeks while having medical treatment. The wifi was great, I was able to work on my laptop easily. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable but the best part was the service. Nothing was a problem, Lee was very kind, caring and thoughtful, going above and beyond. The location is great and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thankyou Lee and team I appreciated your kindness ❤️

   I am unsure if those posting negative reviews have actually stayed at Allan Court Motels. I have stayed there twice in the last couple of months and found: - staff to be friendly and efficient - unit to be spotlessly clean - heating to be more than adequate for a cold spell in Dunedin - nice plush carpet underfoot - excellent bathroom with very good heating. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

   Will not be coming in again. I had high hopes for this place because of the reviews but I was severely disappointed. We wanted to treat ourselves to what we thought was a more luxurious stay, but this was far from luxurious. Staff were ill accommodating and the rooms felt grimey. Not coming back

   Not quite sure why this place has a good reputation. I've been here multiple times, hoping next time it would be better, however, I had bed bugs my first and third time. Service was also subpar, my family and I were not welcomed and I hope it was not because we were of colour. I do not suggest this place

   On a warm winter evening I went to this supposedly 4 star motel, upon arrival the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional I tried to look past this detail but when entering my room i was appalled with the state of the place. Urine stained sheets (I hope it was urine honestly who knows what body fluid it was) If I could give it a 0 I would.
