   We visited at the beginning of March. This motel was excellent for our needs in all respects. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was large which made a pleasant change and had everything we needed to make it a very enjoyable stay. The bed was so comfortable and the place was spotless! Some people might say the decor is a bit dated but everything else more than made up for it! The central location made everything easy to walk to with good eateries close by. If we visit Dunedin again I won't bother looking at other motels but go straight back to Motel Moray.

   Spacious, well appointed apartment with kitchenette and large bathroom. Lounge/bedroom very generously proportioned. Exterior looks a bit worn but don't let that put you off. The interior is lovely and the beds comfortable. Despite being almost in the very centre of the city, it was amazingly quiet at night.

   Motel and staff are awesome. A little close call driving in on our shuttle. The driveway is too narrow so nearly took out our roof on a low balcony

   Awesome central location. Shabby on outside, but room was fit for purpose, bed was supportive, bathroom was fully modernised. Room valeted every day Staff -:woman on check-in was great but otherwise I didn't really raise a greeting from man.

   We stayed 3 nights. Fantastic location being central to city and Octagon. Great sized rooms - separate bedroom & dining room / lounge. Dated decor but comfortable and clean. Good off-street parking

   Pros: very clean and spotless and staff came to change towels each day and make bed, do dishes. Great heating. Bed very comfortable. Owner very helpful and friendly. Cons: room quite small, very basic for a couple but OK for one person as nowhere to relax except for on the bed. Not really a problem if out most of the day. No shelves for clothes, had a few hangers but could do with more.
