   Very disappointing experience at Trents Dunedin I don’t recommend. On 19/11/2025 around 3:30pm, I went in to buy items, and there were no signs saying the store was only for cardholders or business owners. At checkout, the staff member suddenly became aggressive when I asked how to apply for the required card, and treated me like I was doing something wrong. I emailed the store afterward, but they have not responded. Poor customer service and unprofessional behaviour.

   Sometimes more expensive than shopping at normal supermarket. They have lots of stuff from Gilmors but they don't have everything we need.
