    Very disappointing experience at Trents Dunedin I don’t recommend. On 19/11/2025 around 3:30pm, I went in to buy items, and there were no signs saying the store was only for cardholders or business owners. At checkout, the staff member suddenly became aggressive when I asked how to apply for the required card, and treated me like I was doing something wrong. I emailed the store afterward, but they have not responded. Poor customer service and unprofessional behaviour.
