   Well, we're do it start. 1/01/2025 staff getting paid time and a half plus a day in lieu one would expect the staff to be doing something more than standing at the till talking. My wife and I went into the napier store to spend our xmas money on 2 pairs of shoes. We walked past the till and greated the cashier on our way to the shoe rack, which is located next to the till. We stood at the shoe rack for over 10 minutes, waiting for a staff member to help. 2 staff members at the till talking to each other, another staff member walked past saying nothing. We waited a few more minutes before leaving the store. At the time of us being in the store there were 5 other customers. I'm sure I will find what I am looking for at another shop, one that knows the importance of customer service.

   Super disappointed in the store and staff. Rocking chair was placed so that it protruded right into the isle and I hit my foot on it causing an open wound. Non cincere apology offered and they didn't even offer a first aid kit to treat my bleeding wound. Will not return to this store.

   Purchased a slightly damaged torpedo7 soft top surfboard from the Porirua store as it was the last one they had in stock. After a few rides a crease began to appear in the middle of the board, slowly getting worse. I took the board into the Napier store to get it exchanged on warranty, as I had had it for less than a month. The team there took the board and told me they would get back to me in a number of days. When they did, the warranty was refused as the warranty team said the damage was caused by shore break use (which it wasn't and had only been used in 1ft waves learning). When I argued this, I was offered a NEW board at $10 less than the current price of the board, which is a absolute joke ($329 instead of $339). DON'T buy Torpedo7 brand gear! It's rubbish and they won't refund or exchange it.

   Thank you for the excellent service that my husband and I received today by two young assistants at your store. The helpful, patient and professional assistance was appreciated. Having to tackle a rusty towbar, assemble an ebike rack and attach the bike for two amateurs was a task in itself.

   Great service by a super helpful and knowledgeable team. The Torpedo 7 Branded cookware is great value and saves time and gas as the little kettle boils 800ml of water in less than 3 mins. It’s so worth being a club member and always check at the checkout that you have received your club price or special as the computer scanner doesn’t always get it right. Being a club member means you get your receipt/invoice emailed to you which is great if you ever need to return anything.

   Bought Roxy women's reef boots size 7 online for $49.99. The reef boots were smaller than my actual feet. My feet have been size 7 for decades. Not only that, the enclosed price tags (x2) show $39.99. I have emailed Torpedo7 Napier twice. The first time was only to get a replacement - larger size. No response. The second time I included the disparity between price tag and amount paid, as well as requesting to return the goods for a larger size. I also said if I had no response I would go to the disputes tribunal for reimbursement. I still got no response. Personally, I will never purchase anything from Torpedo7 Napier online or instore. Their customer service is 0. I would also never recommend them as a reliable supplier.
