   Yeah, na, wasnt impressed eith the young staff on boxing day. When we walked in one girl yelled out to me from behind, (what is i was deaf?) telling me something im not sure of. She left quite quickly. Surprised since the shop had 3 different groups. 2 left unattended. One girl with glasses walk past us, not even acknowledging us, went to the other counter and started chatting to the guy who was clearly busy with a customer. She looked bored yet still, two groups needing assistance. If you, Evo Cycles are going to employ teenages, then i suggest you have an adult manager onboard with them to keep them in line. We walked out after 20 mins of no assistance, no acknowledgements, nothing. Im surprised i lasted that long! We will give you another chance in the new year, just let this be a warning to the owners, your young staff are just that, young.

   I'd highly recommend Evo Cycles Napier! The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I brought in a second hand bike for a full check up and initially booked one of their more comprehensive service packages. After checking the bike, they called to let me know I could go for a cheaper option since it was in good condition, a true sign of honesty and integrity. They also helped me adjust the handlebar and saddle to fit my measurements. The whole experience was smooth, informative, and super friendly. I left feeling very well looked after. What a great team!

   Excellent service. I ordered a bike online at short notice. The staff members went above and beyond to ensure it reached the store in time for my son's birthday. Upon receipt realized I had ordered the wrong size. They were so helpful in suggesting other options and setting us up with the correct sized bike. Much appreciated, friendly team!

   The team at Evo cycles Napier were wonderful. I went in looking for a new bike, they saw my bike and said its a good bike, just needs some TLC. So I was happy for it to get serviced and I am going to add some bits to make it look more appealing to me. They didn't try to sell me a bike I didn't need, in fact talked me out of it. I highly recommend the team at Evo Napier for bike needs.
