Great range and friendly customer service
Came across these guys whilst looking for a rim for my mountain bike. I had a question so I called them up. Within minutes they responded to me with the info and updated their website with more pictures of the item. They were also kind enough to provide some solid advice regarding my plans and I ended up buying the wheel. I ordered it at the end of the day on a Tuesday and it was at my door many cities away on Thursday. They also kindly threw in (for free) a part that helped me with my upgrade (who does that these days!). Absolutely phenomenal service considering the things I have had to deal with at local bike shops. I am SO impressed. They're now bookmarked on my browser for my future purchases. Well priced, good, honest service from a local-owned bike shop. Absolutely deserves every dollar and positive review they get!! Thank you again guys. You rock!!
I purchased a rear light from the shop a while back and it's been great..cheap and efficient..I went to re charge it this week and it's dead. Took it back to the shop to make sure I hadn't done anything wrong and was straight away given a replacement..No questions and no receipt provided. The ONLY think to say is WOW.. what a way to treat customers!! Fantastic service and response! Thank you.
Awesome bike shop! Staff were super responsive and helpful with my initial questions via email. Once I did purchase a bike, I had a few initial issues with one of the parts, the guys got it back in and replaced the faulty part and had it returned to me within a couple days.
