I was in the middle of cycle touring the North Island from Auckland and had issues with my bottom bracket. I hit a couple of shops along the way, but none could help me so I reached out to My Ride in Napier and they happily ordered the part and told me to drop in when I was in town so I wouldn’t lose time on route. Super friendly staff and great service. Met a fellow Canuck working there. After their test ride they made a couple of other adjustments. If I lived here these guys would be my local bike shop. Thanks!

I purchased a bike from here at the end of 2022, the team was super helpful with selecting the right bike and getting me set up with parts etc. They have made an effort to connect to their customers and I would highly recommend buying from here.

There is a great selection of everything here at reasonable prices. The staff were a family and very friendly with great customer service. We only went in for stunt pegs that didn't cost as much as the bike, and we found a bike shop that will be our regular shop from now on.
Customer Service is outstanding, you feel valued and a business who cares about people. Good honest advice on bikes. They also fixed my sons friends bike, (we gave to him, so he could get to school) when we requested old parts, as the family could not afford to get it fixed. One happy dude this afternoon.
