Great Team, Arthur, Ross and John are super knowledgeable, service my MTB and Gravel Bikes, built and wrapped my new ORBEA with massive time pressures. Nothing is ever a problem, service what you want and advises what’s been done and why, along with what else may help or is needs looking at in the future. They are fair, dependable, reliable and thorough! Highly recommended!!!
Arthur is the man, super knowledgeable and helpful. Can't thank him enough for the huge favour he did me! Called into the shop get a second opinion on a funny noise coming from rear hub. Straight away he had a look and spotted the problem. After explaining I was only passing through town on a flying visit he squeezed this job into the workshop schedule and sorted out my busted bearings by the next day. Fantastic service
Very friendly and helpful staff. Arthur spent some time changing my rear tyre tube, he was really knowledgeable and efficient. Much quicker than I could have ever done it. Definitely recommend this store if you want fast and excellent service. I’ll be back here again!
