   I'd never used a travel agent before. A friend encouraged me to get in contact with Saskia as it would be much easier for a complicated trip - and they were right! Saskia made things so much smoother, suggested some activities that I enjoyed and answered questions for me so that I'd be prepared if something happened. The flights and connections worked so well, and she booked many of my activities on my behalf, it made things so much easier. She also prepared an itinery guide that I referred to often to help me remember what to do when. Will use again.

   For a trip to Indonesia, with multiple flights and tricky luggage requirements, Saskia organised all the flights so that they worked together nicely, with no mad dashes across airports! She also had a great handle on visas and declarations required, ensuring that I had no issues on that front either, helping make the trip run really easily!
