Fantastic service, very helpful and sorted what we needed. Lucy provided us with a policy that met our needs, her information was on point and the pleasant demeanor made our experience awesome.
Lucy Hopping made simple mistakes that any travel agent shouldn't make. Landing me in a country without anywhere to stay, and then failing to reimburse me when she promised she would (because i sovled my own accommodation crisis). I will absolutely never use Lucy again, and will write to the owner about the absolutely abysmal service I have received from Lucy. Do not use Lucy people! Terrible.
Courtney was easy to work with, nothing seemed a hassle. I was able to question a few things and she offered to re look into our wanted holiday and put together a package that satisfied both my husband and I. Including small details regarding passports and requirements for having a child with a different lastname (Premarrige and Pre Change of Name). The little noticing of details that actually have a big impact on the trip if not picked up prior.
Brenda is amazing always able to make sure you have an incredible trip. So easy a nd profession, no hesitation in recommending her anytime you need travel sorted!
Friendly and nothing was a problem; everything was sorted very quickly. She shared places to go and what I could do as she has been to my destination. Great advice on getting a wises card. She advised that i need to get medical insurance so that was sorted on the spot. I walked out satisfied that everything was booked.

Zero contact, go somewhere else if you want service. Agent moved to Australia without any heads up and the office don’t respond to emails.
Terrible service, Still trying to get a resolution from the first lockdown, they outright refuse to help hide behind standard practices - there is nothing standard about this. Thousands of dollars gone due to this company and its poor leadership. If you are looking for a company that puts their clients first and will help them as they are paid to do then please look elsewhere before you end up as out of pocket as we have. No recommended at all.
