   Me and my daughter visited Lovisa in Te Awa and we had the most wonderful experience with your team member Ella, she is a vibrant customer focused, friendly, caring and helpful human. Since we walked in till after my daughter had her nose piercing we felt so comfortable and supported. Ella you deserve a big shoutout, well done girl!!

   I am so impressed about how good my customer service was. Ella was the one whom pierced my nose and she was an absolute pleasure. She was so patient, upbeat and she was so calm and she made me feel comfortable. I’m so happy to have been pierced by Ella, wonderful woman.
