Bought two nice rings from here. Staff were genuine and courteous. Products are good quality at reasonable prices.
Lovely clean store with helpful friendly staff, when the size of a particular bracelet we wanted wasn't in stock we were recommended to head down to the pandora store (where we had a terrible experience and didn't purchase). Will be back for any future pandora needs for charms etc though once we sort the right bracelet, made easier by the help we got at Sense and Wonder.

Tracey, Bella and John at Sense & Wonder are fantastic to deal with. I commend their communication and care in how they engage with their customers. I was seeking a lot of advice and had many questions and they took it all in their stride. I highly recommend their advice and expertise. Their work is beautiful.
My partner bought me a birthday present from here a couple of months in advance of my birthday. When I got the gift, it wasn't for me so I wanted to exchange it. Never been out of the box, worn or anything. Unfortunately the store said I couldn't exchange it as it was past the 30 days exchange, which was unfortunate given the gift was only just received. I asked them to talk to the manager and explain the circumstance and see if there would be any leniency but regrettably they declined. Although I know it is outside the exchange period, I was hoping for some common sense and understanding. This is the second time I've had a less than ideal experience here.
Sam and John were absolutely amazing to deal with, they helped my husband and I order something hand made that was so very special to us during an extremely difficult time. They took their time to answer all of our questions and made the whole process special and enjoyable. Not once did we feel pressured or rushed, John explained that he was on hand at whatever hour to answer any questions or concerns we may have, he took us to a quiet room to finalise the design and they made us feel very comfortable. We did not feel sold to in anyway more helped along the way to design something beautiful. I am a business owner myself and staff like you have are very rare. Once again thank you so very much for your outstanding service.
I have visited this shop a few times and always get wonderful service. I have not always bought items but the service is always great. Today I did purchase some Karen Walker earrings. I must mention a particular staff member who I have dealt with most times, that is Leisa, she is a delight to deal with and a credit to your store. Thank you.
