   Great experience this morning, I had came from the Chartwell store after being fobbed off. I was acknowledged immediately and Mabel helped with the process of my watch battery change. Unlike Chartwell, I wasn't told to go elsewhere, or made out to be a liar about buying my watch from the pascoes store. Big shout out to Mabel ☺️

   Unfortunately I can't express how upset I am with their communication. If you're looking for parts for your watch, just go to Ali Express or Ebay. - I'm still waiting on the most basic of information. A single screw for my watch, how much. - Late May early June I first inquired. Went in store with said watch. They wrote down all the details and receipts me. - I ring them up two weeks later and no one knew a thing. I gave them their reference number, but still nothing. - I gave them the details for a second time. - 3 months later I was told via text that there is 3 different options (No there is not) and I would need to pop back in. - I sent photos with dimensions of said screw - I asked them to send pics of the three options. NOTHING. service is garbage. I bought the screw from Ali Express.

   I was given a ring as a birthday present last year. Within that time I have had to have it repaired twice. I spoke with someone helpful who said someone from HO would be in touch to discuss options with me as I wanted a refund. I can’t trust this as a product. No one contacted me until I got a text to say they had ordered a replacement in. When I called I was told that my option was to accept a replacement or exchange only if I had the receipt. So much for “expertly crafted to the highest quality - enduring treasures to last a lifetime and beyond.” as their website states

   Really disappointed with the service, Not recommendable, It is totally wastage of money and time to buy something from this store. My brother gifted me a Pascoes gift card. I bought a watch from that card and some balance left. When I tried to use that balance, the customer service lady said that there is no balance in the card. I NEVER USED THAT CARD EXCEPT THAT FIRST TRANSACTION AT THEIR STORE. It was clearly a fault at their end but they never accepted it. Then they made a formality to send the matter to their head office. I had to go to their store for five time regarding this matter and ended with nothing. I lost my time and money and got nothing in return.

   visited te awa Pascoe’s during my uni break to get my wedding ring resized and they did an amazing job !! So fast and even had it sent out to me. the staff here are always so lovely and helpful. you can feel that their attitudes are just so uplifting. Thank you to the team at the base for your lovely service.
