   Taking Shape Chartwell is absolutely my favourite place to shop. I barely ever go a week without popping in at least once even if just to say hello to the amazing team there. I admit though it’s very hard to leave without buying something. The store manager Kendal who I’ve known now and shopped with for over 14 years is a brilliant representative for Taking Shape and she has a great team working with her. They are all so friendly, full of fun and couldn’t be more helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. They know what I like even before I do :-), they offer great style advice and are never afraid to be tactfully honest about how an outfit looks and offer an alternative or a different way to wear it. I love this. I have nothing but praise for Kendal and her Team. The only thing I would say is that they could do with a store that’s twice the size so they could carry a bigger selection of the amazing Taking Shape range. Thank you Team. You are the absolute best x

   I had the most lovely service from Kendal today. I noted that she was serving quite a few ladies at once and taking calls too. Everything that came out of her mouth was something to be really proud of. So patient, kind, and just all round sweet. Nothing was too much trouble and she handled the rush with ease and grace.
