Failed my WOF due to issue which was certified, refused to look at certification from Novus. When I left the car was making a terrible noise, got home and found the air intake had been disconnected creating a huge mess in the engine bay etc.

I have been loyal to another workshop for services and wof for a few years when I thought I'd go out on a whim and try PitStop to compare. I am impressed with how accommodating staff are with timing and communication. Pricing is also competitive.
Great service and got an amazing deal on front brake pads and rotor replacement. It was a busy day when I went in. As I was in the waiting room area, I couldn't help but notice a few people rock up trying to get things done last minute on a Friday. It pays to phone ahead. However, the team were still helpful where they could. Such good service on their part.

Right from the phone call I made to enquire about a repair I knew I was being looked after, the response I got via email was quick, booked my car in within 2 days and repair was done same day, highly recommend these guys I think they are second to none will continue to use them as I’m very satisfied with the service I received.

Got a service. Called up and was able to get in the next day. WOF took less than an hour, they told me what was wrong (lights needed adjusting) fixed it then and there for a really reasonable price and then approved my WOF. Super friendly and helpful. will use them as my regular mechanics now.
Fantastic, very helpful and they listened and kept the car locked unlike other places that leave keys in cars... They are highly recommended by me. They understand client needs and concerns. They also offered to leave old parts if needed or wanted. Old parts might end up as artwork.
