   I ordered a alternator for my car after saving up, they sent the wrong one after telling me it fits my vehicle. I had to get a loan to get a alrernator from elsewhere. Was told id be refunded today friday but the accountant didnt process it and now have to wait another week for my refund. Ill never be shopping with this company again because of the headache its caused me with first off late delivery, had to drive 3 hours to return rhe item. I work 10 minute rural drive away from home and their mistakes cost me an extra week of not having a running car. Shocking service when their side of things messes up and i have to suffer for it. Went elsewhere for my part and had no issues what so ever. My car is now running again thankfully

   I went to Partmaster arrived at 4.50,pm on to find they were closed. I checked there website which I had already checked earlier that said they were open till 5 pm. Very disappointed. I won't be going there again anytime soon.

   Much better than both Ripco and Other places I have been to. I got some brake rotors and they knew exactly which ones my needed by their systems, other companies guess as they show a list not the parts your car might need. Partmaster is the better quick call for your parts the 1st time round rather than guess what part your car might have. This is the best place to get parts for your car.

   The staff are friendly and there is a large range of products available, with advice available if needed, but some of the back room parts are supplied without checking to see if it is the right part for the particular vehicle and you have to come back and swap them for the right parts.
