Not off to a good start I arrive and the nurse that sees me is very unprofessional doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing is rude and seems to be working with a bad flu I don’t come to a hospital to get sick I come to get better so when the people caring for you are risking you getting a flu that’s not good

I spent 3 nights recently in hospital for surgery. The care level was exceptional! Dr Houghton deserves special mention. Highly skilled medically but also great patient rapport and communication. All nurses were caring and helpful, often with a smile on their face. Catering and cleaning staff all lovely. Felt like private hospital care. Thank you all.
While no one wants to be in hospital, but if you have to go in this is the place you want to be. As good as a private hospital. Nurses are the kindest I’ve experienced in any hospital, everything is nice and clean. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional and helpful and I’m sure this aids in a faster recovery. Unfortunately at most hospitals parking is extremely expensive but thankfully here parking is still free (just as it should be). Thank you so much to Dr Doug Barclay and all of the staff at the hospital for your care and for looking after me.
My son recently had his teeth done here. Fillings and extractions done within half an hour to 40mns. Signing in and doing the forms was fast, wait time wasn’t long either before my son had to go in. Surgeons and dental staff reassured me many times throughout the few hours we were there of the procedure and aftercare. When it came time to put my son under with anaesthesia, I cried my eyes out suddenly but the staff kept me calm and collected and always made sure I was okay and let me know my son would be okay too. My son came out perfectly fine, we left with more than enough information and his teeth came in a little baggy to take home for memories.
Went for colonospy. Amazing caring people. Don't be afraid to ask questions and take support person if you need it (1 only). I have major problem with bad veins but once they were alerted to this they were very good
I needed to have something taken care of medically and couldn't have been sent to a better place. I am no stranger to this Centre and have had a couple of things taken care of here. I have absolutely nothing but praise for the staff there. From the time you walk in those double doors someone acknowledges your presence. Because it is lockdown right now, you are met by a beautiful bubbly smily young lady for the screening process. You then move on to a welcoming receptionist. No sooner do you sit down in the waiting area when you're being called by a very chirpy theatre nurse... Everything moved like clockwork.. theatre prep done 15 minutes later you're on the table meet the surgeon and another awesome theatre nurse... both really nice guys...and nek minit!! it's all over!! Welcoming, charasmatic, happy people who love their jobs. There are never to many questions from you or your family, so ask away. Their attitudes all around this surgery centre put you at ease, give you confidence and make you feel good right up to the minute you leave there again. Sincerest thanks to all. #grateful much!!
Such amazing care I received recently here. I was made to feel very comfortable. The nurses were absolutely amazing! All so friendly and so caring. They all were happy and smiling. The doctors were amazing also. As for the food, I was extremely impressed. Always delivered with a smile. Thanks for the amazing care!
From the moment I arrived I was treated with so much care and respect. My visit started with a friendly and professional greeting at the admin desk.The rooms were immaculate and even the hospital food was yummy. I can't thank everyone that looked after me enough. A wonderful experience.
