   The MAC makeup kiosk has a wonderful young woman working for them. That is where I go.. I highly recommend MAC makeup. They the only brand to have a prep and prime lip balm. You add your lipstick on top and no need for lip pencil and doesn't go into smokers lines, as they call them. 10 out 10 from me.

   The MAC girl was super lovely and even complemented My eyeshadow which made me smile. The perfume lady, there needs to be more than one, poor woman was flustered, stressed and overrun because she was all alone. Staff were very helpful.

   Teresa and Sashi at the Lancome Counter are AMAZING, they go the extra mile. Always welcoming and they always notify me of any promotions. These girls work so hard for their brand and in other areas of the store, Lata at Estee Lauder has the biggest smile and she always radiates with her genuine care for you. LOVE the Team at MAC, both ladies always recognise me and give great customer service - they always look perfect in MAC makeup, Fragrance Team are always MAGIC, they know what is my favourite fragrance plus when I am purchasing a gift they will gift wrap expertly. Homewares, we were served by Siri a couple of weekends ago. We asked for a particular item for the Kitchen that a friend had suggested we buy. No stock of it on the floor. Siri, thank you for going the extra mile to look it up on the system, go out the back and find it for us. We really appreciate that extra customer service. You were so helpful. To be honest Farmers is a real destination. I always enjoy my shopping experience There.

   Very confusing shopping .kept getting lost..trying to find my way out. .it had been a while since I had shopped here... But.....found what I wanted in the end.and the assistant very nice and helpful. Busy busy shop.needs a little organizing.

She is very friendly, professional and patient. She gave me a free sample from Clinic brand. I highly recommend you to try this brand and talk with Zoe. will definitely go back to buy again.

   Great place to buy clothes, skincare, household items and so on. The promotions are pretty good. In general, staff let you enjoy browsing items without being annoying or intrusive. The changing rooms are large and comfortable. Fantastic place to shop.

   The place is ok. They are doing renovations inside. The lady staff(tall and Asian)who is working at the home section is awful. Her attitude is terrible and very rude. She didn’t know how to serve and handle the problem. She raised the her voice and expressed the her feeling in voice and face. It was the terrible and very unpleasant experience with the staff. I do not recommend at all.
