The staff here are not people focused and more business focused. If you dont know much about devices, mobile plans etc and you go here, they will not have your best interest at heart. Do your own research, ask chat gpt even, but don't trust any salesmen. They do not care about customers, they will do what's beneficial for them. They will sound convincing like they care but they only care for their commission. Trust my words.
Staff does not give exact measurements for the appliance and they keep on telling you it’s not their fault and after spending a big amount of money they will tell you to buy your own and they cannot do anything about the wrong measurements because on the first place they will tell you “its the standard measurment, so we do not ask the customer” now the adaptor in my fridge does not fit because the staff told me its a standard measurement and they are confident. Such a waste of time and money. Never buying from these store again. Staff keeps on playing inocent, manager does not want to help. Useless
I tried calling Noel Leeming Lunn Ave several times this morning and had a very disappointing experience. Between 9am and 12pm, I phoned four times, but not once did anyone pick up. For a large retail store, I expected at least a basic level of customer service and phone support, but instead I was left waiting with no response. Very disappointing!

It has been the second time I dealt with Tony at Noel Leeming Lunn Ave and he provided me fantastic customer service. I always prefer to buy electronics from Noel Leeming Lunn ave as I know Tony will do his best to provide good after sales support. I have been to other Noel leeming stores as well and I did not find the staff so friendly and helpful. All sales staff should be like Tony.
Counted 9 staff in store , 5 customers max and still no one answers the phone . Stop standing around gossiping and answer the phone . If your inventory management was better then customers wouldn’t have to constantly double check !

I can understand why people get frustrated. Rude manager, ignorant to CGA and my experience has left me never wanting to set foot in that store again. I’ll be shopping at JB where the staff are at least decent.
