Great service from the service department at Accurate instruments Auckland, I had a old PLS laser for the last 9 years that has served me very well, unfortunately i left batteries inside the laser for the last two years which caused an acid leak that damaged some components, The service technician Alex was quick to respond with his findings, and gave me several different options for a new replacement laser.He upgraded me to a PLS6G replacement which is an outstanding laser with several options for use on our work site. Great turn around, communication and price! Thanks guys!
As a tiler I don’t have much knowledge of measuring moisture content. The people at Accurate helped me find a suitable professional device and showed me how to use it effectively when I had asked them to. Very happy with the overall experience I have had with them.
29 July - ordered product online. Ship to Auckland address 04 Aug (day 6) - called for update as not heard anything 05 Aug (day 7) received email product was shipped 08 Aug (day 10) received product. DOA 09 Aug (day 11 ) advised Accurate that product was DOA. Copied into email requesting replacement to be sent out 17 Aug (day 19) emailed for update as hadn't heard anything. Received reply saying product had been shipped on the 16th 18 Aug (day 20) recieved product not the best experience. I understand things take time but don't feel it should be customer chasing for updates
Had a set of radio earmuffs that had an intermittent fault that was very hard to isolate. Luckley the owner knows the electronics backwards and found the chip was faulty and replaced them. TOP SERVICE !, Thanks
Purchased item on line, it arrived quickly but not fit for purpose as described. Item required specialist tools to install which I did not have. Returned quickly in the same condition as received. Accurate instruments refused to refund fully saying I damaged the item (untrue). I waited weeks I and finally only received a partial refund. Worst customer service ever. Staff mostly rude, hostile and dismissive to us.
