   worst service i’ve ever experienced. We got the $18 special and asked for TWO extra loads of chips, and the photo is all we got. the lady at the front was incredibly rude, no greetings, smiles or thank you. not helpful at all when we were discussing how much we needed for our group. not only was service horrible but that amount of food was ridiculous for $28. ridiculous and will not be back

   I had their Manly Burger and it was superb. Almost a meal in itself. Steak, bacon, beef pattie, beetroot, lettuce, egg, onion, ketchup and cheese on a toasted sesame seed bun. Superb!

   Very poor today. Usually good from here but the fish batter was rubbery, and the fish very small. Also the portion size of chips for $8 was half the size of our local place

   It's one of the busiest shops around this area, I love the old school feel of the place, been like this for many years. - Snapper 8.6/10 Very good, nice size. Batter not over the top, just right. - Chips 7.4/10 They were ok, standard chip size. - Scallops 8.1/10 Same as the fish. - Chocolate milkshake 8.5/10 Half soft serve and milk was the ratio, really decent, and for $7.00, there was quite heavy. Good value. - chocolate ice cream 7.4/10 Should have gotten the waffle cone for an extra 50c, but this was OK. Nice beach behind the shop to look over the sea while having these must try fish and chips.

   Best fish and chips in Manly... Usually really good unless they haven't changed the oil in a while. Very busy on weekends but just keep phoning and you'll eventually get through. Nice friendly counter staff and good selection.

   felt very manly after ordering the manly burger from manly takeaways, which is in the suburb of manly. being in a suburb called manly and eating a burger called manly restored my manliness. i followed it up with a swim at big manly beach as well. i think swimming a little manly would have reversed the effect of swimming at big manly. i suggest anyone who is considering gender change forgo pills and doctor visits, instead, visit this suburb and this takeaway. simply put, manliness exudes from this place.

   Love it here! Wonderful family operated business. Great food and service and everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to all! My family and I have been going here since I was a child. I don't live in the area anymore but every time I am, I always have to go some!
