   The prices here are much higher than what’s listed on their website. For example, the skewer hot grill costs $29 for 4 pieces, while the website shows $22 for 5 pieces. The chicken main course is $29, but the website states $26. The service was extremely poor. The lady at the counter never looked at us or offered any help. We had to grab the menu ourselves and eventually place the order at the counter. She didn’t seem to understand English well, was very rude, and told us to take a seat but never actually brought the menu. We waited 45 minutes before the food arrived. When we asked about free Wi-Fi, she simply said “no” in a very impolite manner. The food itself was average at best and absolutely not worth the inflated prices. Overall, it felt like we were begging for food despite paying for it. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I will definitely not be coming back. Honestly, I don’t understand why there are so many good reviews for this place. Next time, I’ll make sure to read the bad reviews more carefully instead of relying only on the positive ones.

   This is a fantastic spot! I love the decor and the food. I ordered the rump steak, which was delicious. My partner enjoyed the vegetarian pasta, and my dad and mum both loved their dishes: the eye fillet melted in his mouth, and the crumbed chicken was delicious too. Service was excellent also. Will definitely go back, thanks again.

   Fantastic spot for a great night out! The food at 123 Palm Bar is fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is lively and welcoming. Whether you're in the mood to play darts or book a billiards game, there's always something fun to do. The staffs are friendly. Highly recommend for a casual hangout or a fun night with friends!

   Beautiful food at reasonable prices, unfortunately it took over 40 minutes for us to get three mains and there were only two other tables dining so was a bit of a let down, but the food was amazing so would certainly return and recommend. Menu is varied and good, no drinks menu anywhere so you have to guess pricing. The only other negative is the flies... Everywhere! Needs some fly control at this place.

   Enjoyed a beautiful lunch with family today, we ordered the beef burger with fries, was delicious, the size of the burger is quite big.The chefs special was coconut Mussells with garlic bread was amaaaazing, and a Rump Steak eith mushroom sauce, salad and fries. Every meal was delicious, juicy, flavourful. We will be back. Photo of my burger only lol

   What an absolutely awesome place to eat and drink. I wish there was a rugby game on I would have stayed longer. Four of us ordered Rump Sandwich, Eye fillet,Rump and Rib meals with a bowl of mussels all covered in Garlic Sauce. My daughter ordered the creme Brule, which was all amazing. We are from out west and to say this food is amazing is an understatement. Well worth it and definitely going back. Try it.

   What a hidden gem! Gosh the food and service is great. Our flat has gone here to eat twice and I've found the food they serve is awesome: reasonably priced, good portions and great taste. Despite the unassuming exterior and gaming section, the food is better than many east Auckland bar & restaurants. I would hands-down go here every night for good food if i could. Anyway, i thoroughly recommend the hot stone grill beef rump and the pork ribs. The ribs have a sort of chinese fusion taste to it - think of sweet and sour ribs.
