My partner and I went to buy a duvet and duvet cover for our bed and Peter had the best customer service we had experienced in a long time! He went out of his way to help us choose the right size for what we wanted and was super helpful.
Went to buy a perfume for my mum. Natalia from the fragrance department was not only kind but also offered excellent service. Her bubbly nature and impeccable taste made Christmas shopping a breeze. Especially the gift wrapping skills.
The other day (10.12.25) I ordered an air conditioner but underestimated the sheer side and weight of it. Furthermore, did not factor in how I would transport this from the store to my vehicle. An amazing gentleman by the name of Charles was able to assist ☺️. This review is praise to Charles for his patience, kindness, and great attitude in helping me navigate the item through the levels and straight to my vehicle. Staff on this day had a very can-do and positive attitude. Amazing lad!
Bought some dermaiogica products for my face. The customer service was very nice and helpful. Double story and big shop. Heaps of stuff on special price.
Farmers always has good variety and finds. This one in Newmarket is probably, arguably the best of them. Too bad they didn't have the size of the kauri shorts I wanted. Was such a good design. My son did find an awesome shirt!
A decent selection of clothing, makeup and toys but perhaps your some staff members could work on how they speak to customers. It would also have been nice if she looked me in the eye while calling me stupid instead of staring at a computer screen. Now I’m aware that my work uniform looks similar to the farmers dress code but if that’s how she treats other staff she shouldn’t be in a retail position. I wish I knew the name of this employee but unfortunately she was not wearing a name tag.
Love the layout of this store and service is quick. However, the lady that served me on counter today with long dark hair tied up really needs to improve her customer service. Didn't even get a "hello" or "thank you" at the till, when purchasing my food processor, she just took the cash from me, found it quite rude.
Has the typical Farmers interior lighting and layout, but I think this one is a bit different especially level 1. I personally think they did a great job in the kitchen and appliances area, whereas the clothing area (mainly level 2) is your average farmers style, which I don’t think is suitable for selling clothes, even though they are selling good brands and quality products, their layout and lighting actually gives you a warehouse type vibe.
