   Used to be the best ribs place but not anymore. Last 3 times the ribs cooked so dry so the meet is too hard to chew. No taste. Hope they start making it same as before.

   Rib shack used to be good. Many many years ago. Each time the ribs are over cooked and dry, I’ve literally got to pull the meat off like a rubber boot. The sauce is barely there. The snitchel burgers are dry and over cooked. The chicken tenders are the same. You guys have ruined a once beautiful meal. So disappointing. This is probably the 7th time all far between orders hoping each times just a bad batch, always terrible. Thanks for nothing. Won’t be back

   Waiting for 1 hour just for chicken strips, only 1 FOH and 1 Chef working. Nothing has been prepared for customers order at all and it’s Friday night, many people were waiting for 2 hours. I warn you…if you want to order for your dinner you’d phone them in the morning otherwise you might need to wait for tomorrow to pick up.

   I had higher hopes based on the reviews the store had. The flavour of the sauce on the ribs was nice, but otherwise it was pretty dry and chips were average. Wouldn't rush to come back.

   Got a Mates Meal box (Ribs, Onion Rings, Coleslaw and Chips) with a side of Chicken Wings (Lemon and Herb) for dinner with friends. Plenty of food for 4x people, massive ribs! Lots of chips with great seasoning, onion rings and coleslaw nice to have on the side too. Wings choice of Lemon and Herb had a nice flavour, with all meat cooked well - nothing dry or over-done. Will return again for another box next time! Phoned ahead to order - was ready in 20 minutes on a mid-week night.

   Please train your cashier to call out orders when they are ready. She goes to the kitchen, collects the order and brings it out to the front. Leaves it on the bench. Immediately switches her attention to a person wanting to order for 10 minutes. While my food is sitting on the bench. Email said food will take 30 minutes. It took me an hour. That extra 10 minutes because of cashier incompetence is frustrating when you’re hungry. Edit: I have updated my review from 1 star based on the business response. The wait is ok. The front of house just need to be trained on calling out orders when they bring it out from the kitchen, instead of letting it sit cold on the counter and switching attention to take new orders. I really hope nobody lost their job last night…

   This place has gone downhill fast. 4 years ago I would have sworn by Rack N Roll but now I can only warn people. Last 3 orders ALL MEATS WERE DRY AND CHEWY, my sides were doused in the meat sauce to the point they became mush. Service used to be great. Never see a smile now. Can say they're consistently below average now. I also don't expect anything to change because the the atmosphere and food clearly tells you the staff do not care.

   Really enjoyed a nice good meal here. The ribs were very tender and tasty. The burger with mushroom sauce has a nice rich taste to it. The wings were nice and juicy as well. One small let down for me is that you get a large amount of chips with no dressing. You have to pay extra for tomato or aioli dip which is a bit disappointing. I purchased two aioli containers and one tomato sauce container, and it was $2.50 extra, which is a bit steep in my opinion. They also sell peppermint crisp tart which is a really nice South African dessert. For $3.00 a tub, it's definitely worth the price if you have any room after eating your mains. Despite the whole sauce shenanigans, the food is still good and it was really satisfying.

   Plenty of items on the menu to choose from, all of which sounds delicious. We got the rack of ribs, added fries and onion rings. Generous servings, enough for 3 people. The ribs were nice and soft, very tasty. Not too overwhelming. Hot chips were cooked and salted perfectly, nice crunch and soft inside. Surprise fav were the onion rings. A little oily but suited very well with the ribs. Not a lot of seating inside but the beach is only a stroll away.
