   The food is NOT worth the money, which is something I feel strongly about because I work hard for my money and want to spend it on quality food. Ownership is clearly lacking in basic hospitality business skills, lack of stock, lack of everything. Me and my partner have been coming here over the years and over the past year and a bit it has just gotten worse and worse. I know staff aren’t getting paid on time or at all, and I think it’s despicable, since service has always been lovely. I will not be coming back to spend my money here on sub-par food and to support a business that never has stock AND their staff aren’t getting paid. Where is the money going that we spend here if not to the stock and not to staff? We tried to ignore the rumours but perhaps they are true.

   Very hit & miss with both food and drinks. We waited over an hour for our food. But saw other tables get their food before us who had come in 30mins after us. (Thanks to the staff member who apologised) as we had 4 young kids/toddler with us. Our whole table was disappointed with the food, came like warm/cold. The milkshakes, thickshakes & frappes are all the same drink with different price points. But ALL made with ice & flavouring. Creamy mushrooms were both different, one was light & watery, the other plate was dark & creamy as they should be. I do give it to the lovely front of house staff who were very apologetic & understanding. Especially the young girl working 27/10/25 at 11am she’s amazing.

   Came for late breakfast but food came out staggered. Ordered 4 meals 2 same but came out 30 min apart so we all ate separately. Over 60 mins before first meal served and one meal we couldnt wait for. Wait staff let down by kitchen and we're a number of customers waiting over an hour. The servers seemed inexperienced but pleasant. Not very well presented ... need smart casual and grooming a little average. Sweetcorn fritters over cooked and very oily. Like they were deep fried. Very average meal tbh. Was a regular here but seems to have changed hands. Hopefully they can figure it out as customers are watching wallets and won't get another chance potentially. The waiter offered a discount after removing the meal that wasn't served which was good but were it my business would have refunded the whole meal. Nice spot to sit.

   Recently had my 50th birthday party here, hired the whole upstairs with a DJ. Was a fantastic evening. Plenty of food to feed 70 guests. I had a lot of people complementing the venue and food. Staff were great, no complaints. Would highly recommend as a venue.

   Visited not so long ago. The food was very average, especially the standard of the prawns was poor and the chicken was grey and tough. The staff and the beautiful location get the stars for me.

   The service was great and the food was amazing. We had the share platter - super generous portions - everything was cooked to perfection. The ribs were absolutely out of this world! We will be back :)

   We were greeted by a polite helpful young team who seated us immediately. The other half and I shared the surf and turf platter as a starter - it was great. Melt in the mouth pork rib, calamari, marinated grilled chicken, scallops and prawns pan fried, and some fish which was tempura battered which was amazing. The other half had the pulled pork soft taco and I had the lemon salt and pepper calamari - it was one of the best casual meals I've eaten in a long time. Didn't break the bank either. Definitely a "would go again" spot. A great Tuesday evening treat.
