This is an absolute gem on Dominion. Located upstairs with the perfect menu covering all fronts. All the classics are done so perfectly. 100% my favourite spot of all. The Sichuan spicy dry chicken is a must !
This is a cute little place with delicious food! The portions are very sizeable and are definitely worth trying! The rice cakes were to die for! The service was very good too, felt very welcomed
Golden Steamboat offers an extensive menu that's likely to satisfy during your visit. We sampled a variety of dishes and were impressed by both the flavors and the prices. Many of the main dishes, perfect for sharing, are under $20, with most falling between $20 and $40. The portions are generous for the price, making it an ideal spot for groups to share meals. The food is well-seasoned, with many dishes offering a spicy kick. My personal favorites were the Sichuan-style spicy chicken (large portions, perfectly cooked, with a crisp coating) and the fried noodles. The spicy and sour soup was also excellent, delivering a sharp flavor I enjoyed, though it may not appeal to everyone. The food arrived in about 15 minutes, which was reasonable given the busy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and patient. Self-service water and tea are available, and the bathroom, while clean, is limited to just one. Note that you’ll need to climb a flight of stairs to access the restaurant, so it may not be accessible to all.
We decided to try this place after asking some diners who were just leaving if they enjoyed there food. Nice clean premises with an eclectic decor. We were seated with menus & hot Jasmine tea. So hard to choose from the beautiful pics in the menu! We ordered two types of fried dumplings, a pork dish and a beef dish. Food came out fast, nice big portions and full of flavour! Absolutely delicious!! Thank you will return soon.
[Egg fried rice] Just a normal egg fried rice you can buy in Chinese takeaways. Taste was good. I would gave 5 star if the fried rice had the flame flavor from the wok.
One of the best places to dine in. Loved the cheerful vibe. Food was good and service was excellent. Hope to go back there soon .

Nice place to get a round of drinks with the boys or even dinner with the family. The beef pepper stir fry was superb, the beef was velvety and tender. The spicy chicken was their version of what spicy house has to offer. The tempura veg and har gow was alright, have had better. All in all a nice place to visit specially if u are keen on a drink.
